【个人简介】
刘阳，1990年10月出生，江西萍乡人，法学博士，2025年4月入职广州大学法学院，为全球水伙伴（福建）成员、蒙特利尔魁北克大学“联合国 2030 议程观测站”（Observatoire sur l’agenda 2030 des Nations Unies）成员、世界银行全球法律、司法和发展论坛（GFLJD）水法工作组成员。主持全球水伙伴项目、武汉大学中国边界与海洋研究院项目、世界银行项目等课题，在Review of European, Comparative and International Environmental Law等SSCI、SCI刊物发表论文。
